Real simple. Everyone gets screwed.
For example now that york county courthouse has online access. Go to York-county.org. Select prothonotary. Then click civil case search, make sure you have the propper apps. Then search William Curry.
This man now has a case pending docket # 2012-SU-000641-44.
Within this petition is an order dated June 2011 where this Judge ordered the defendant's abused pregnant wife to return among other things weapons to her abuser. Or pay for them if they were not returned with in 10 days. He also filed a claim with his insurance company for the same things with the same alligations. They were smarter than the Judge. They knew the truth just from the obvious and are now seeking a judgement. A very interesting story if this srt of thing interests you.
It is unbelieveable that his wife could petition the court for a PFA which she did and got the temp. order than at the hearing Mr. Curry lies the PFA is dismissed even though this man plead guilty to the same allegations brought fourth in the PFA.
Mr. Curry files a motion that his wife, during the time of this PFA alledgedly stole his items including various weapons, ammo. exc. It's all outlined in the above mentioned petition. Then the Judge, Judge Kelley who had been removed from hearing criminal cases because the Public Defender Janon Tallo puts a PFA on the county Judge which as you can imagine would have caused a confilict had they continued to work together.
None the less the scumbag Judge was aloud to hear now civil cases. What is a PFA? Civil?
So during the hearing with Mr. Curry and his wife the Jude refused to consider the fact that this man couldn't have even legally had weapons which he claimed in court and on ins. claim. The Judge with no proof other than testimony awards this man. The same person who was charged by police for beating his pregnnt wife gets out of a PFA. There's something obviously wrong with this system. Any attorneys interested in represnting his poor wife? They have a divoce pending and she is still Pro Se. Judge Thomas Kelley has shown a pattern of not liking woman that stand up for themselves as his past clearly shows. How he was able to still hear any hearing or trials is beyond me as I am sure the DA he was having an affair with was paid off someone in there to get him off and never being charged. Must pay to know some higher up people that can write his ticket basically. Judge Kelley is now up for relection and the public needs to be made aware the unfair practices this sexist, chavonistic sad shell of a man and that term is used loosely. In a civil trial where I had numerous witnesses to testify as to how I am as a mother my two children were ripped from my home given my very well acted out narcistic ex-husband full custody. Were talking about a man in 8 years that attended 2 appointments for his children until I filed. Then wam get Judge Kelley and this man is now father of the year. Judge Kelley made it known during my trial how we were taking up to much of his time with witnesses and he didnt want to hear it yet that is what our tax dollars pay him to do is listen to that and make a decesion based on these findings not basedf on if you have a p***s or not. I have no criminal record, no drug history or alcohol abuse. I live in a safe neighborhood with a very loving and family involved setting. Yet I was told my work schedule didnt give me the time with the children needed. I work Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm which I was willing to change the 5pm to earlier the weeks I would have my children with me to be home when they were home from school. I had a teenage (19) stepson watching them from 3:45-approx 5-5:30pm until myself or their stepfather was home with them. I was told that wasn't an old enough responsible adult. Yet I seem to think at 18 you are now considered an adult. Can vote, can serve our military but yet not capable of watching an 8 year old and 7 year old. I know I was made an example of from Judge Kelley solely based on me being a strong female that stood up for herself and now I am suffering and my children even more. Luckily I am appealing this and god willing I will have a new trial with a new judge since come January 1,2014 he is to go back to criminal court. The public needs to be made aware of this man and his actions and choose your votes wisely come November. Sadly I have met and become friends with at least two other woman in the same situation as me. We just want the story heard and something be done to stop this man. He has no values, no morals and has no right given his past deciding judgement on anything.
