Complaint Review: Judging Office and Decision Center

Judging Office and Decision Center enclosed a check for $1,327,940.00 which looks authentic but its a scam - I can see people cashing this and who knows what happens to them later. Now they want me to send $12.99 payable to the office of ANC (award Notification Commission) - supposedly it is an acquisition fee for premium offer Kansas City Kansas

I never entered an contest but the notice I got today in the mail says I won $1,327,940.00 (isn't that mail fraud) which they included in a check for that amount.  Notice says filing year 2016.  It says the cash funds will be paid directly to me by my option of lump sum check for $1,327,940.00 or a larger sum amount of $2,000,000.00 to be remitted by annual payments of $66,666.66 per year for 30 years.

This is very scary - I can see other seniors like myself who could easily mistake this for a real contest and real check.

They want me to complete entire page 2 form.   Then their office will then serve me officially and with all due distinction.  Page 2 says I have to send them premium offer fee due for delivery in the amount of $12.99 paid by cash,, check or money order.
