Complaint Review:
Judicial Dispute Resolutions
On August 3rd 1996 I was involved in a motor vehicle accident and suffered a Mild Traumatic Brain Injury. In April 2004 the insurance claim I made with The St. Paul Company (now known as Travelers Insurance) settled for $5,000 out of $1,000,000 policy limits. I was the St. Paul Cos insured and I paid good money to be insured in case I or somebody else was injured in my commercial vehicle. The Defense Attorney that the St. Paul Cos hired to defend them against my insurance claim, Francis Floyd (Floyd-Pflueger.com) paid Charles Burdell Jr. the owner of Judicial Dispute Resolutions of Seattle a consulting fee in order to turn the arbitration into a court room kangaroo court. Charles Burdell threw out all of my evidence because he was paid to and meanwhile I am on Medicare and Medicaid in order to pursue Occupational Therapy, Brain Injury Rehabilitation, Speech Therapy as well as to pay for the medications from the neurological condition (Mesial Temporal Lobe Epilepsy) that is a result of the brain injury.
My opinion is to tell people to not go to Judicial Dispute Resolution, it is a rip off.
