Judith Rubinson Kashyap is an angry person. She's poison and she takes advantage of people who don't have a lot of money by not returning security deposits when she knows that there is little renters can do about this. She's also a bully. She makes rules about living in her building that aren't even legal. For example, she told us we could have a guest come and stay for more than a week. The worst part though, is that she stole our money. STOLE.
