Judy curry Sold us a timeshare which they misled us and told us that we would own promised if a clubhouse would be built and that our accommodations would be met wear a platinum member and cannot even get reservations they're always saying they're booked but we go to Branson all the time and look through there and there is empty condo all the time have never used our timeshare in other states the same thing through RCI we're always full totally misleading Pine Bluff Arkansas
Initially bought a timeshare at Nantucket in Branson Missouri It has been one headache after another I have never been able to use any of my points the resort has always said that they are full the same thing with RCI they always say the destinations that I choose are full I did update because the manager told me I would get better service and I could call the resort Direct and would have no problem getting accommodations. They called me back to do an update service to my membership and was asked in my problem with their service and I explain to them going through RCI is a rip-off I shouldn't have to pay 200 something dollars to get a reservation so they offered me that I could opt out of RCI and go direct through them but that would only be for their Resort I'm over $35,000 in they have me apply for their credit card and wanted me to make my payments through them which would have been interest every month I did reroute it to my checking account I am ready to cease and decease this timeshare I will never own they've been building the clubhouse 4/4 years his not completed yet This experience has been a total nightmare
