Complaint Review: Judy D Aversa Gulf shores orange beach alabama vrbo

Judy D Aversa rented us a 3 bedroom condo in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Alabama.  She lives in Mobile and has her rentals listed on VRBO.com.  The unit was dirty when we got there.  We arrived 2 hours after our check in time.  She told us our cleaning deposit would be refunded it was $150 because we had a dog.  There was also a $200 deposit.  Total I have lost $350!  When we were there our garbage disposal broke and she was in and out of our unit have repair men look at the garbage disposal and dryer.  Our digital camera was stolen along with an Ipod Touch and a Think Pad!  When we checked out we cleaned the unit from top to bottom.  We were not refunded in of our deposit money.  Come to find out she never returns deposits.  Do not rent from Judy D Aversa in Mobile, Alabama 36695 her units are in Gulf Shores, Alabama and Orange Beach, Alabama.
