Complaint Review: Judy Hamblin

Think twice before you roll the dice. That's exactly the way I'd put it. 

You always need to be wary when you agree to terms in a real estate transaction. You'd better know what you're getting into. And entering into a real estate transaction with Judy Hamblin of Hometown Realty in Monroe, Utah can be like rolling the dice if you haven't done your homework. Stop and think. Are you being lured into a deal that seems to good to be true -- too tailored to exactly what you're looking for?

Seriously. Think twice. If something seems just so good that you're ready to jump at the chance to get back into homeownership again, or get another property on the cheap, think about it. Do your homework. Understand what all the terms are and ALWAYS envision a worst-case scenerio. What's  your game plan if things go south? 

You can't expect someone like Judy and her sister, Kelley Richardson, to protect you. I know enough people who have rolled snake eyes with these two leading them on. Heartbreaking stories. They're too embarrassed or too afraid or too ... whatever ... to tell their stories publicly themselves, but I'll do it. These people were taken for a ride by Hamblin. Don't you be lured in, too! Beware!
