Judy Howlett scamming with fraudulent practices Internet, New Mexico
On June 11, 2012 I received an email titled "PartnerWith Paul". My daughter and I sat and watched a video attachment with the email. The video was directed towards making money working from home on the computer. It was supposed to be based solely on websites according to the video. No selling, mlm, etc. involved. My daughter and I decided to give it a try. After all what could we really lose? The training packet was a $9.95 expense for the processing fees of being shipped to us. That was the only out of pocket expense we had or was supposed to have and it was backed by a money back guarantee.
We, my daughter and I decided to give it a try. An hour or so later I received a call from Judy Howlett. Ms. Howlett was to be our mentor or coach if you will. She was calling to set up a phone appointment for the day after the training packet was to arrive. In the meantime she said there an info packet online going into more detail than the video titled Partner with Paul had. After our call ended both my daughter and myself immediately went to the website. Not more than 10 minutes had elapsed since my phone call with Ms. Howlett when I was calling her back to tell her I would not be interested in this venture. After explaining my reason to her, I had realized almost immediately it was a sales gimmick for herbalife. I mentioned that the training package need not ever come and my $9.95 be credited back to my card as had been promised.
Ms. Howlett then tolld me I would not be getting my $9.95 back but I wouldn"t be charged the other $39.00 either. That was the first mention I had heard of $39.00. Now that's what I call a hidden fee. I need my money back as they promised.
