when we first started working with her she seemed to be willing to help us in any way she clould but after closing was a hole differnt story she hired out of her friends to re shingel our roof that needed to be done befor my closing well it was not some how she got it so we cloud close on time but about a month later i came home from the hospital from having my son to water running from around the chimney and down the step so i called her for the person phone number, name,and address that she had hired to do my roof she would only give me a cell number the guy refuse to come repair the roof and she would not give me any other info on this person until i mentioned a law suit then she called him her self to come repair the roof he look at the roof and told us put some black jack on it and that will take care of the leek well it didnt. and the funny part is she hired this friend his name is tony from anthany in's & out's remodeling and is not a roofer he is a tile setter so you she hired a tile setter to do a roof just blow my mind all i can think is scam ???????
