I love the look of her photos but the support was terrible. Julia seemed to be really nice with the problems I had with my pics (for example, the colors were quite bland), but at a certain point and without having fixed any of my problems, she just stopped answering my emails. I ended up having to pay another photographer to fix what Julia could not do for me, and the price was almost the same I had paid for Julia's photography, so the finish result is that the new photos for my family cost me double that if she had been able to help me with the issues her photography was giving me. I am very dissapointed with this. Julia Puig, a simple email saying that you werent able to help me would've been very appreciated. I felt ignored and very sad.
