Julia's Bra Shop No "Customer Service" Here Winston Salem North Carolina
This company has not refunded $60.00 for merchandise I returned more than 3 weeks ago. The "customer service" operator has repeatedly told me that the credit will be applied to my card, but after 3 phone calls during the past week, the credit has yet to appear - even though she told me the exact day when the credit was applied. I have also sent 2 e-mails requesting my credit, but those have not been answered.
Do not do business with this company. You will be a very dissatisfied and disgruntled customer, as well as a bit poorer.

This problem has had a happy ending! My credit for returned merchandise was finally appiled to my credit card. It took some time, so if you are having a problem with this company, be persistent.
