Costumer found used bandaid in empanada. Manager quickly discarded the bandaid and failed to write an incident report.

Customer writes negative review online and the manager rebutes with offensive language stating customer is a liar and purposely planted the bandaid in the food. Furthermore, manager states that the customer's motive was that she knew an ex-employee that had quit due to terrible management.

Manager went the extra step and publicly posted customer's phone number encouraging others to harrass the customer. Lastly, the manager went onto their yelp account and changed the name of the store to something highly innappropriate and offensive: La ***** de customer's name (translates to: The ***** that is of customer's name.
