Julian Gonzalez General Manager / Silver Star Motors Jerkoff Looser Liar Scumbag So many to choose from but let’s stop there he is very sensitive as well but thief and overcharging, taking advantage of customers is his specialty and he is very proud of that he is the guy that smiles at you while his hands in your Pockets and lieing to your face ….that’s your neighborhood Mercedes dealership general manager Julian Gonzalez

…. I went in to look at vehicle I saw online that I was very interested in and was with my 5 year old daughter who was so excited and was in need of vehicle because coming home from work July 29th the vehicle I was driving broke down and I called for friend to pick me up. It was after a 12 hour work day and I was exhausted.

What happened next I can’t tell you because I woke up 3 weeks later as I was told I was found on the roadway outside of vehicle but my memory isn’t there yet. Being in the same industry and Julian general manager was aware of this so I'm still in recovery but Insurance co was going to stop paying for my rental so in need of vehicle.

I was with my little one I saw vehicle and told sales man let’s do it, then schedule to pick up next day which I did at 4pm but for some reason 8 pm still waiting patiently and finally after they had me sign they tell me it’s late and we can finish tomorrow. Less then 12 hours later I’m driving back to dealership with my 5 yr old to finish going over documents and they explain the cost and other options available such as tire wheel insurance etc, the actual formal delivery of vehicle and the 2nd key.

My daughter and I made it half way there and on busy highway. My new vehicle that I spent $75k on so you can appreciate the whole picture and boom car went dead and here I am on side of road with my 5 yr old daughter.

Only thing I feared more was to do it with my daughter as well on side of busy highway. I call and speak to salesman and explain how the car broke down and my daughter is crying because she’s scared. Cars are zooming by and talk about dajavu and my salesman next words were great awesome see you soon? What, you didn’t listen to a word I said?

I hung up called gos truck and paid $300 to get to dealership asap, then when getting to dealer I figure I will explain what transpired and the general manger would make right. I explain everything and he says I’m so sorry and blah blah let me check the car

Then he returned to tell me that I owe additional $450 for tire replaced and good news he was going to not charge to install tire for vehicle I didn't even get my paperwork yet or other key not to mention what happened and what I went thru prior and my 5 yr old went for memories and to a great day to crying and are guy general manger JULIAN GONZALEZ IS GOING TO MAKE IT RIGHT. HES NOT GOING TO CHARGE THE $15 dollar install tire fee ????

Yes so $300 tow /$450 tire $750 on $75k vehicle that I'm only returning as a courtesy because the night before they were tired and not that the customer matters and that I was there with a small child for 5 hours and left with nothing more then --1-key and a car no insurance card, no understanding of vehicle, no paperwork that I signed nothing and then he's going to knock of $15 dollars!!!!

You can't make this up, not sure what is going on there or why a grown man runs a business where people are spending thousands and thousands of dollars and this is how they are treated. I'm beyond mad and I stormed out telling him were to put his $15 dollars. I go to get car while I'm waiting I see little Julian and several young boys smoking something in vehicle behind the shop giggling.

I'm pursuing legally and with Mercedes corporate. I write this to spend there good money somewhere they will be shown respect ,courtesy, appreciate there business and family will truly enjoy pleasant memerable experience not this, then to see him smoking stuff with his little 19 year old boyfriend giggling doesn't work so you've been warned and wish you all the best and drive safe godbless.

"my 5 year old daughter who was so excited and was in need of vehicle"

That statement implies that you were shopping for a vehicle for a 5-year-old.

"I was with my little one I saw vehicle and told sales man let’s do it"

You saw the vehicle and told the salesman you wanted to purchase it. What happened to the test drive?

"no insurance card, no understanding of vehicle, no paperwork that I signed"

That’s on you. Take responsibility. Exercise common sense. You were foolish to leave without a copy of everything you signed. You signed documentation on your first visit yet you had not yet finished negotiating the related expenses.

"smoking something in vehicle behind the shop"

That isn’t worth mentioning unless you know what 'something' is.

"I'm pursuing legally and with Mercedes corporate."

Pursuing WHAT? Instead of sharing your novice shopping expertise, tell us specifically, what are you pursuing legally? Specifically, what was the overcharge?
