I experienced trouble with my Server Package from Visualware. The License Key did not fit the application. I tried to cut and paste it but to no avail. Therefore, I had no other choice but to email support. WHAT A NIGHTMARE! Julian Palmer sent me another License Key, at least that's he said, but it was the same Key and of course it did not work.

After that I experienced the same message from Julian. Julian kept tell me there were no problems on his end using the Key. He sent me a snapshot of the page where the Key worked for him. Well, I wish he would come over to my office and try to intall that Key here because IT DOESN'T WORK. And when you tell him that he acted like I was an idiot.

WHY DOENS'T JULIAN GO AND FIND OUT WHERE THE TROUBLE IS AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM? Julian needs to look in the Manual of Visualware and read License Key Troubleshooting or better yet if Julian doens't know the answer he should GO FIND OUT!

I contacted Julian through Support at Visualware. Now get this part, JULIAN TOLD ME AFTER ALL THE EMAILS THAT HE DOESN'T WORK IN SUPPORT. Why the heck is he emailing for then. WHAT A BUNCH OF MONKIES.

Visualware IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SUPPORT TEAM I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN!

To top it off when I called corporate in California to lodge a complaint all I got was an ANWERING MACHINE and no one called back. THEN I FIND OUT THAT JULIAN AND DANIEL PALMER (WHO ACT LIKE THE SAME PERSON) are in England.

If you end up with either of these two people when you talk to Support JUST GET YOUR MONEY BACK. THAT ONLY TAKES TEN MORE EMAILS to do before they finially refund your money when you threaten to call your bank.
