Its funny how an attorney office would lie and say that they have not receive their photos. The funny thing about technology is that you can track everything, including emails and links. You can tell who clicked on what and when. SMH. I sent them the full versions of all the photos within 2 hours after shooting them. Ive never been ripped off for only $100 from a client before. Its usually for larger money. I also know that they downloaded the files they needed. They also have the nerve to write a bad review saying that they haven't received the photos but will still pay the balance they owed. Yeah right. It's funny  that the had 2 days to pay the deposit to book the shoot but didn't pay it until 2 hours before the shoot. i should have known.

For the record, my emails and my call log show that I was the one trying to contact them over and over about telling then i sent the photos and asking for the balance of the payment. A lawyer lying... lol. I guess that make sense.

RUSH TO SLANDER, SHAME ON YOU

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, April 04, 2014

Mr. Presise Haley, photographer, you rushed to RIPOFF REPORT within 10 days of being hired to take photographs, after being paid ½ commission upfront, and while knowing The Sanders Law Group, LLC complained of having problems opening and viewing the photographs you sent in a large file folder.

Mr. Haley, you also failed to post the entire email string where you acknowledged that The Sanders Law Group, LLC never opened the large file folders.

I have posted with this response the entire email string where you called us liars and threatened to destroy all the photos.

Prior to this encounter, The Sanders Law Group, LLC had never engaged in a business relationship with you.  We simply did not know you, as we located your services on-line.  Yet, we paid you $100 upfront with the understanding that the remaining balance would be paid after we viewed all the photographs.

When we told you that we were unable to view some of the photos and could not open the larger files, you called us liars and demanded full payment.  The email string attached with this response proves you knew we never opened the larger file folders.

SHAME ON YOU!  You chose to rush to RIPOFF REPORT within 10 days of being hired, as opposed to working with us to ensure we were able to view all the photos.

You obviously have an “axe to grind” but it should not be with The Sanders Law Group, LLC.  The reasoning behind you not being paid the remaining balance is that we never viewed all the photos and you verbally told us you destroyed the photos, after, you posted lies to RIPOFF REPORT.

Our experience being your client was not enjoyable at all!  Perhaps your frustration lingers from the clients that did not pay you larger sums of money.  By The Sanders Law Group, LLC being a new client of yours, you should have given us the benefit of doubt when we told you we were unable to open the large folders to view all the photos.  It is still puzzling why you would rush to slander us within 10 days of being hired after being paid ½ your commission upfront, while knowing we never opened the large folder of photos.

In the future, perhaps a more professional approach when you appear at a job site would help you considerably.  In our dealings, you appeared wearing a white undershirt tank-top.  Maybe you should also consider an alternative for ensuring your clients are able to view your photographs.  In our dealings, you only repeated the same failed procedure over-and-over again before ultimately calling us a bunch of liars.  Lastly, do not threaten to destroy all the photos within 10 days of being hired, after receiving ½ your commission up front.
