BEWARE
I bought a Vizio TV July 2011 from Amazon.com. Vizio warranty the tv for one year which would be July 2011 to July 2012. Amazon recommend Square Trade warranties when you buy the product/products.  The price for the warranties look fairly good in comparison to other companies. I bought the 4 year warranty thinking that Square Trade would take affect July 2012 making the total coverage 5 years. After looking at the coverage period, I realized that Square Trade is covering the same period that Vizio covers so that Vizio and Square Trade are covering the first year, so that it makes Square Trade coverage in reality 3 Years. I call them and question why they are covering the same period that Vizio covers, their answer that's the way we do it and there's nothing we can do about it. This is false advertising in my opinion and a way to SCAM people into thinking they are getting something that they are not. If your getting Square Trade Warranties be aware that you're getting less than they advertise. Costco is also pushing Square Trade warranties. SCAM SCAM
