I am trriblely distrubed with Julie Ferrante! She is a GM for Red Lobster at the Flamingo? Eastern location.  I find it very much an issue when you are titled and General Manager and your staff is out of control. 

Under Julie Ferrante"s Supervision:

- Her staff is rude and disrespectful

-Racist 

- Unprofessional conduct (one incident involved a personal call from their General Counsel) 

- Juile's mondane (game face) the typical conduct expected 

- Server's (more than one) people skills absolutely absurd

- Julie is a liar and demonstrates no interity 

- Julie has on more than one occasion become a smart mouth in her responses

 

Red Lobster  can be a fine dinning experience when the RIGHT people are in place. At this location, Julie should be replaced and seek employment else where- where she can conduct her bad managerial skills, as she is failing miserably and had mad mine and other experience unpleasant to say the least. Spending $25 plus for meal, an excellant experience is what I am expecting and nothing less. 

I would not recommend Julie Ferrante  as a GM at any restuarant, her presence is not accepable and  poor management skills are passed off to those she is in charge of.

Anyone that would respond to someone else's experience and had NOTHING to do with any of it....is INSANE.   You alledge your in the UK, arguing with someone you have never met about something that has nothing to do with you....YOUR'RE THE LUNATIC....lol

I have never seen IDIOTS so passionate about someoen elses experience.....MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS. It is always the same folks that have to be keeping up trouble- NEVER satisfied till you are stealing, raping and taking other peoples, land and resources.....you BIG MAD.....get over yourself. Better yet, remove the compliant...oops sorry I forgot you can't....LOL

I personally want to say thank you for the comments left- first and foremost.  For the incompetent first message.....please come for me. Would love to meet you.  If YOU are so concerned about suing someone, perhaps you can school this GM and maybe she can do it....Lol Your comments keep this trend alive..Thank you!

So how is this person racist?? You did not put that in your report. How is she a liar?? How is her performance unprofessional?? Sounds like you are an ex employee who more than likely got fired and are taking it out on the Manager because of your poor performance.
