The regulatory authorities have been actively investigating him.
Scott Kenneth Potter is a wanted criminal and has an arrest warrant out of San Diego in the amount of $50,000 for domestic violence due to his assaults against me. He was arrested four times in San Diego and the police arrived 22 times at my residence for domestic violence and removal from my residence of which I own solely, of which he refused to do so, because he is homeless, and once he was out of jail (many times), he kicked down my front door twice and broke my doorframe.

Scott Potter does have criminal and domestic violence charges in San Diego.
He is hiding and not appearing for court dates.
He has stolen thousands of dollars from me.
He tried to kill me twice.
