Not wanting to be accused of being impatient, I waited over a year after the premises were finally vacated before submitting these statements online.

I can’t speak about her artist representation, as I have no direct experience in that area. I can, on the other hand, speak about her lack of financial responsibility and trustworthiness. She is quick to brag how well everything is going and that payments will be made shortly, but she doesn’t follow through on her empty promises. I finally got her to vacate my rental house she was using to run her business (Dreamscope Entertainment & The Actor Preneur), and she still owes $72,625 in back rent. She didn’t bother to mention her past judgments, liens and evictions when she applied to move in, so a pattern of ripping people off exists. If you’re expecting payment from her, for any reason, find someone else to work with. She can’t be trusted to pay what she promises to pay. Others have reported her failure to pay rent and damages left behind when she actually did leave. She prioritizes her own lifestyle, while commitments to others are her lowest priority.

Here are some examples of her words: “Thanks again for your incredible patience. I appreciate you, and I will make this right.” “I realize I owe you a lot of money, and I will pay it all back.” “In regards to my outstanding balance, I realize it's a large amount of money. I also realize I've reached out several times with updates, but have not been able to follow through with payments. I have gone through many hardships, as many people have.” “Thank you again for your continued patience. I know you don't like me, and I know you don't believe me, but I want you to know how grateful I am for you, and that I will keep my word and pay you back every penny that is owed, as soon as I can this year, and hope to be caught up by mid summer (2023), then pay the remaining months rent on time.” She’s quick to give words, but don’t trust them, as her word means nothing to her. In the past year, she has neither shown any effort to make payments nor correspond… out of sight, out of mind… balance remains at $72,625.

She asked for permission to paint the interior of the house, saying she would go with "beiges and a couple of gray accents," but “nothing too bold or unusual.” She had the two story entry painted dark high-gloss metallic purple, and every room had at least one dark bold-colored wall. She had the money to waste on grotesque paint, but always found excuses to not pay rent. When she moved, the kitchen and laundry room were inoperative due to grease totally blocking the kitchen drain and liquid fabric softener and lint totally blocking the laundry drain.

She can’t be trusted, so don’t let her smooth talk you into any financial arrangements. I wish I had done my own research rather than just trust the Trulia and Experian screenings. Read her other Ripoff and BBB reports before deciding to trust her. If you have already rented to her, start the eviction process the first time she is one month late in rent, as she plays the victim and feels entitled to be a freeloader. Unfortunately, she rented from me during COVID, so I was unable to evict her.
