I purchased the 1995 Astro Van form your company on 5/16/08, drove the van to the corner stop light and the van started smoking, shaking and cut-off. After a few minutes I was able to get the van started again and drove back to your lot. I was met by Les Hurt and Kevin Love. I told both that I wanted the contract voided then. Both Les and Kevin stated to me that they guaranteed that the van would be fixed and delivered to me by Monday, May 19,2008 and both stated if the van was not fixed by Monday, May 19,2008 my MONEY WOULD BE RETURNED and the DEAL WOULD BE VOIDED!

May 19,2008, the van was NOT delivered, no phone calls from the company. My phone records will indicate, numerous phone calls to the company on May, 19, 2008. and NEVER received a return call from the company

May 20,2008 and May 21,2008 called the company again three times and no resolution

May 22,2008 called the company again, spoke with Kevin and the van was delivered to my home.
May 22,2008, my husband returned the van to your company because once again, it was shaking, smoking, and the check engine light was on and stayed on. Upon my arrival to the company I again was met by Kevin Love, who once again assured me that he would "take care" of the contract and it would not be a "problem".

May 27, May 28, May 29, May 30th, my phone records will indicate the numerous calls made to the facility and again, no return calls from the company.

May 30,2008 my husband spoke with Bobby Barron the general manager personally and he stated that you would need to contact the corporate office on Monday, June 2,2008 before he could do "anything". I called Bobby at 4:00pm Friday, May 30, 2008 and was told the same.

June 2,2008, 11:00am I spoke with Bobby and he stated that there was nothing that you could do other than, I could turn in the van and he would keep my 500.00 down payment and put a repossession on my credit file.

I explained once again that the company was in possession of the vehicle and if the company was not willing to cancel the contract then I needed my vehicle returned and Bobby stated that the van would be ready that afternoon.

Bobby called me at 11:40am and stated the van was ready. My husband called Bobby at 4:00pm to make arrangements to pick up the vehicle only to be told it would not be ready until the morning of June 3,2008.

June 3,2008, my husband called Bobby @ 11:00am to let him know that he was on the way to pick up the van only to be told that it would be ready later that day and we would be called in a few hours. My husband nor have have been called by anyone from the company.

Additionally, I contacted the finance company listed on the document that the company provided in an effort to make my first payment and was told by the finance supervisor there is no record of an account, the company performed a social security check and name check and found no such record.

Bobby, told me on June 2,2008 that the company has already received payment and you could not cancel any contracts.

If I have a finance contract I immediately demand the correct information. I have attached the form that your employees gave me as reference to use to make a payment. I view the companies lack to provide accurate finance information as an attempt to discredit and destroy my financial portfolio.

If the company is still unwilling to fully cancel this contract then I want my vehicle repaired and returned.
