After several tries to get prices for cruises, autos, airline and hotels I found they are higher than my local travel agent. Also it is almost impossible to reach anyone there. Then they put you on hold for like 30 min's with this awefull music to listen to. Tried for days to reach some one in customer service with no results in talking to anyone after 40 min's on hold. Finally THEY hung up on me
