Complaint Review: Junction rentals

What they dont realize is everything they do is building up our case. They wont call you they email you assuming you get the emails. Yeah you dont get a written notice or a call to confirm you receive anything they assume your not doing your part Best part is the maintenance workers are random idiots who dont know what they are doing and never complete the work orders.

We have unsafe stairs, and the home has un maintained doors and walls from a fire that happened before we moved in. The garage is a death trap they have windows and doors hanging from support beams that look above (death trap). Dont expect to be able to ask then questions. I mad re a phone call waited 2 days no response so I step into the office just to see what's up and I got kicked out and then informed I now have to make appointments to talk to her..

she then after I said maybe I should talk to a lawyer she emailed me asking for his number. They are a joke and they dont do a all over home cleaning before you move in either so expect spider webs dust and nasty lights that haven't been touched for at least 5 years. Good thing I like to stay clean and cleaned the light fixture as well as massive amounts of dead bugs stuck in between wood paneling. Harassment and threats
