Jungle Float, aka Tarzan Boat LLC, located at 7619 Hixson Pike in Hixzon Tennessee is owned by Christopher Kesler, and is running a majoy scam where it offers these outdoor floating jungle gyms as a franchise starting at $64,000. They offer packages that supposedly include everything needed to run and opperate the business including a protected territory, but one such investor purchsed one of these boats and did not receive an engine that they paid $6300 for or any of the bluetooth speakers that were also paid for in full upon delivery. That boat owner asked for their money back but Christopher Kesler refused to return any of their phone calls, emails or refund their money.
One such boat owner was also promised to have marketing videos produced for them, but after several video shoots that were done by a independently contracted professional videographer and licensed drone pilot by Jungle Float corporate office, the videographer wasn't ever paid by the company, probably because Jungle Float didn't have the money to pay for their services, so no marketing videos were ever created. Apparently they normally shoot the drone videos themselves, but after research was done on the FAA website, no one from Jungle Float is a licensed drone pilot, including Chirstopher Kesler, so any drone videos that they are shooting are done in an illegal manner.
In order to shoot commercial videos or fly in areas outside of one's own property, a drone operator must have either a 333 Commercial Waiver or a 107 Waiver issued by the FAA, otherwise it is considered a Federal offensive, no different than flying an airplane without a pilot's license.
Don't be fooled by the fact that Jungle Float was showcased on the Travel Channel's Extreme Waterparks or that "Mitt Romney owns one of these" or that they claim to have 16 "Protected Exclusive Areas" throughout the world. Don't expect to get what you pay for, or expect to get paid for work that you do for them, because neither will happen. This company is a scam and nothing but a waste of your money if you're considering investing one of these.

After having a lengthy discussion with Jungle Float, aka Tarzan Boat LLC, we came to a mutual agreement, our company have been paid in full for our videography and aerial drone services. Although the situation really wasn't handled properly in the beginning, there were some misunderstandings, but it has finally been resolved.
There are some issues between Jungle Float and specifically one of their customers that we were thrown into the middle of. It has nothing to do with us and is between the two of them to work out. There are two sides to every story and at the time of this posting, we were only subject to one side of the story. If we had been contacted back, there may have been the opportunity to clear some of this up, but unfortunately we were not contacted back in a timely manner, some of which stemmed from our main point of contact being on vacation that we were unaware of.
To sum up our experience with Jungle Float, aka Tarzan Boat LLC, they took care of us in what we feel like is in a fair manner and we appreciate them taking the iniative to work things out with pleasantries.
