Juniper has never made their online payment system work right. Juniper has never made their online notification work right.

Due to the above, they failed to email me paperless bill for Feb. In March, they sent me a two month bill of $7569.94 by mail and told me that I can make payment online.

I tried to schedule online payment on 4/11/08, of cause, with lots of troubles.

It ends up: Juniper took $7569.94 out of my checking account twoce:
4/14/08 CREDITCARD2510407970 36520823 $7569.94
4/15/08 CREDITCARD2510407970 37675427 $7569.94

Even worse: They never notified me that they had charged me twice by mistake. They never sent me the money back either. They simply hold the money in some account of theirs.

More: April came. they never send me April bill. However they simply deducted money from $7569.94 to off every single charges whon on my credit card that I got from them without leting me know anything: no paperless bill, no hard copy bill, no nothing. As of now, I still don't know what charges Juniper have forced me to pay. How could they know if I wanted to every single charges occured?

Worst: I called Juniper to find out what happened. The first representative hang up on me. The second rep did not let me to finish my talk. I beg her to let me finish my talk, she stopped me ordered me to let her finish first. I asked for manager. manager blamed on me saying that I made requeste to pay twice. I asked her should Juniper stop charge the second $7569.94 as it was obiviously a mistake? She said they should charge me twice as I chose to pay twice. I requested Juniper to credit the money back into my checking account. manager said no they will not put the maney back into my back account. I have to send them a request in writing, then they will send me a check. But the check will be only $5770.31, not the whole amount $7569.94. I asked why. Manager said because they paid all charges occured in April on my credit card. Without me approval!

Manger said: it is OK for Juniper to charge costomer for big late fees. But they will not pay any thing for their mistake.

What a Juniper Bank?!
