The payment due date keeps changing. As I get paid on the first and 15, I try to schedule all payments 5 days after these dates just in case there are descrepancies in my paycheck.

Anyway, I paid on the 1st of march and then later in march for april. I payed in april for may. I went to pay in may for june and noticed that I was past due. I called and illustrated what I had been doing because of the screwy due dates. I also almost always pay in full.

Regardless, I had paid twice in one billing cycle and was told there was nothing they could do for me.

This is a bad business model and bad practice and I just want it out there for others to see. A similar thing happened with American express and I was credited all fees back with an apology. I just do not understand but I will no longer use this card. Hopefully this report will encourage others not to also.
