Juniper attempted to take money from my account BEFORE 9/1/2005 and caused my checking account to BOUNCE and charge me a $25 nsf fee.

Juniper then decided since it didn't go through, they would ALSO charge me a $29 nsf fee. (total of $54 in fees)

I attempted to work with their customer service to resolve this and all I could get was, "we cannot reverse the fees" "check the payment history online and see that you requested this to be taken out on 8/26/2005"

My problem was that THEIR SYSTEM MALFUNCTIONED. And they are telling me that I should rely on that very system to prove that it didn't mess up?!?! I guess a criminal who says he didn't do it should be trusted as well?

Anyway, I continue to get nowhere with this company.

Maybe this is the reason I never received my credit card or a statement from Juniper. Something went wrong with their billing system and they dragged my credit rating down with their sinking ship. Please see my complaint "Juniper Bank ruined my credit" dated March 1, 2006
