I pay this credit card off every month completely. This time it didn't go through. A customer service rep called a few weeks later. Said I'm late. I told them I paid it online. He said I could pay now and he'd waive the late fee. I paid. The late fee was never waived and they will not waive it. I've never missed a payment and always pay it off completely every month. I will be canceling this card.

Did you get the confirmation number when you paid it? You should always print out the page and/or write down the confirmation number. If your computer goes down, or the website goes down in the process, you can also go back to their website later and see if your payment is pending. I take it you didn't notice that the money was never deducted from your bank account?
