Juniper has charged me late payment fees and increased my APR for 2 months (Oct. and Nov. 2008) straight now. This is all done because in Oct. 2008 they said my payment was before the new billing cycle started so it was as if I didn't make a payment in Oct. The billing cycle for the Oct bill was 10/05/08 and my payment posted on 10/03/08. They did refund my late payment fee but they did not lower my APR back to the original rate. In Nov. the EXACT same thing happened, but without a refund of the late payment charge. And now my APR is twice the original amount. All of this occurred AFTER I had spoken with a representative PRIOR to the due dates of my Oct. and Nov. statements. These representatives assured me everything was fine and my account was up to date and no payments needed to be made. But when I received my statements that was not the story. I even called and spoke with these representative prior to the due dates so that if anything needed to be paid I had sufficient time to send my payment and for it to post to my account BEFORE the due dates. So each situation was clearly their fault, but they will not admit to any wrongdoing and every time I call they make it seem as if I didn't make my payments when it is clearly in the system that my payments were made early.
