Complaint Review: Juno Internet

I downloaded juno to search for a good internet service, so I tried it free for awhile. It seemed alright, so I got the platimum juno for 9.95 a month.

Since I couldn't use my credit card I sent them a check for $50.00 for 5 months. Then, I looked on my bank statement and it showed that they cashed my check.

Then, a day went by, and they called and told me that they didn't receive my check and they discontinued juno. I can't believe they cashed my check and they're telling me they didn't cash my check?

I called them and they're is no way of getting any assistance. So I sent them proof that they did cash my check. I haven't heard anything since.

This company is totally incompetant. You can't get any help, cause there is no telephone operator to help me, and their service is very slow!
