After I flipped when I received my "Thank you for your Order," and saw that my subtotal was $163.84 plus $65.86 in shipping, and had ordered 8 sets of Lithium batteries and 6 Jupiter Jacks, for a total of $229.70, I tracked my offer to find that what I was actually charged was $259.68...not what is printed on my Thank you for your Order form. It shows that my payment is $0, and my remaining balance is $259.68, which leads me to believe I may be charged 259.68 x 2. My credit card HAS already been charged. We called Telebrand today, were transferred 3xs to a busy signal. The 4th time, someone told my husband that the order would be cancelled but we had to call back tomorrow for confirmation. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint in Trenton New Jersey and will be calling my credit card tomorrow to have this charge removed (hopefully.) I order online all the time. Every company always gives you the option of deleting something that has been added to your "shoppiing bag." With this company, you didn't know what you had purchased until your order was finalized. No backing out. No way I ordered 8 sets of batteries and 6 Jupiter Jacks. I would have physically had to use the "Select" and change from "1" to "8."
