Big Scam Madame Mirrot Numerical Analysis, sent report to our home, at random and then invoiced us for $15,  then we received a late payment charge of $5, we did not pay and then received late payment fee of $20.

Total Scam. Will be following up with them,  Original address on forms is
Jupiter,  PO Box 16002, New Brunswick NJ 08906

Return envelope has address of Jupiter, PO Box 661 Ridgeway, Ontario L0S 1N0  Canada

We live in Canada, btw. Can't help but think that this is on one of those work from home scam listings, how to make money from home.
