Jurupa Valley Signs Chris Dominguez - Ordered and paid for signs but they were never made Riverside California
Chris sent me an email on January 4, 2010 informing me of his sign making service. I gave him a try. He required that we pay the entire balance upfront. I was reluctant but paid anyway because he seemed like a decent person.
I have contacted him over 10 times to try and get the signs. He always says he'll have them by ... date. I finally just started asking for my money back and he explained that they just don't do that.
So... he'll take your money but don't expect anything for it. What a business model... revenue coming in with no expenses. At this point I guess I just have to laugh at myself for being so stupid to pay upfront. Know you know don't make the same mistake!

Of course with this complaint, it's not the whole story. Dan Pond fails to mention that He is partaily responsible for this. The order was made one & a half years ago now. all of his dates are incorrect. Dan Pond fails to mention that to this day 09/26/2011 he has not approved the artwork for his signs.(no printer on the planet is going to print anything for anyone without an approval.) He also fails to mention he was emailed the artwork repeitedly. Also fails to mention that along with his order were 9 sets of business cards. That he made Jurupa Valley signs redo the artwork for 6 times which we did with no complaint. & that after his approval he recieved the business cards were recieved on time with no delay. With in the five days allowed. So once again the whole story of Dan Ponds complaint was not the whole story. I figured after seeing this for so long it was time for a rebutal. THAT IS THE REAL STORY! I have all paperwork to back me up . That is probably why this case was never taken to small claims court.
