Complaint Review: JUS-Made LLC Rodney Wynn

 Jus Made called the company making this complaint and started a service agreement to provide parts and services on their warehouse equipment over a 5 month period. Jus Made more specifically Rodney Wynn promised to pay a total of over $15,000 for past due invoices that were over 6 months old on 9/9/13. Rodney Wynn was going to deliver the check the next day. He did not do so and suit was filed against Jus Made with Rodney Wynn as party to be served in JP Court. Constable Miller of the Dallas County Constable's office called me and said that JUS Made was truly a fly by night company since they moved on during the night on 9-9-13 per their neighbors. JUS Made LLC has no peronal officers listed on the Secretary of State filings which is required by the state. How they got that by the state is a question. I personally think they plan on how to screw people. I was told this is the 3d time they have done this and burnt service companies since 2000. Jus Made has had their charter "Judically terminated " per the Texas Secretary of State Website as well as "Forfeiture for Tax purposes".  To my opinion and apparently to the Judge that terminated their charter they are deadbeats.
