Complaint Review: Just Answer

Just Answer Poor service and an outrageous and unfair charge Internet

I was having a problem with one cordless phone, of a set of five. I came across this website and they talked about a "free" service for ten days before you became a member. I though a cordless phone problem would not be a big challenge, so I agreed, and gave them my credit card number. Then gave the problem to some "expert"  and waited.........and waited........and waited.   Total silence

Then I sent a messgae....and waited.  No answer.

Ten minutes later, sent another message........no answer.

Ten minutes later sent a third message......no answer.

Dead silence, after 40 minutes, so I went to bed.

Next day, I received a useless suggestion, and said I shouldn't bother them with all those messages.

Told them I was cancelling any relationship with them Was told that what I had paid was not for a membership, but was for the useless answer.

BEWARE OF JUST ANSWER!!
