Complaint Review: Just Answer

Just Answer The Company promised, but did not respond to my question regarding a computer error message. San Fransisco, California

On Tuesday April 26th, I had paid ($18) to be spoken to by an expert at JustAnswer.Com. After I carefully explained the details, he gave me an answer. However, his answer did not work, and the company policy to try multiple times to fix and issue after you've deposited $18.

So, the guy did not respond to me anymore after Wednesday, and I left him multiple messages. One them stated Okay, you are right, this was not a one shot answer  My apologies, if I can come back tomorrow around 7 pm, it would be a pleasure. I was being generous and he affirmed this was not a one shot answer, so this further angered me.

Then on the next day, where I offered, he never responded to me. So, I tried two more times to get hold up him but he tried to duck me again. So, at least I was honest, responsive, and patient. I deserve my money back and plus about twice because I was told experts were reviewing my question on the 27th and never got a response on the 28th.
