Complaint Review: just brakes #87

After having $1973.00 worth of work done on my car,including NEW brake shoes, NEW wheel cylinders, NEW master cylinder, NEW calipers, machine rotors, machine drums and relined brake shoes and disc pads,within six months my car began making a loud squeeking noise, pulling to the left and on sudden stops they would lock up(ABS Brakes)!

I brought the car back stating my case and was asked to be seated while a tech took it for a test ride.....two hours later they concluded from a ride in the lot that the car had excessive mileage and the brakes had been ABUSED.....how do you abuse brakes in day to day traffic!!!!That being said....they wouldnt pro-rate any warranty work, THEY'RE IN THE BRAKE BUSINESS !!!!!

I was within their warranty requirements and after replacing just about everything on my previous visit,this current diagnosis was an obvious case of brake abuse......I had to laugh to keep from crying!!!!this company is a sham and they should all be arrested for fraud and deceptive trade.THEY ARE FOOLING WITH PEOPLES LIVES...IN HOUSTON,YOUR CAR IS A WAY OF LIFE !!
