Just Brakes Incompetent techs and manager Beware! Houston, Texas
The manager claimed he called my warranty company but he flat out lied because he did not call them. I needed my brakes fixed thats a no brainer so i paid the super expensive charges which i could not afford.
They did not do a professional job because the brakes continued to make the same noise which cause me to bring the car in so I brought the car back and complained. They took the wheels off then told me that the front brakes needed two additional parts. The incompetent manager then calls my extended warranty company for approval with a $100 deductable and miraculously he gets approval. Why he couldnt do that for the expensive repairs the day before is the $100,000 question. i drove the car home and the brakes were even noisier then before so i bring the car back the next day furious.
They inspect the car by taking off all of the wheels and tell me that the technician forgot to replace the front bolts I could have killed myself driving the car. They are not only incompetent they are also crooks Do not get brakes repaired at Just Brakes .
