Just Brakes obstruction to employees Colorado Springs Colorado
I use to work for Just brakes. I was a lead
tech for one of their shops. I quite after
seeing them ripe off so many customers. I also
saw some illegal stuff go on. they were also
allowing techs to drive customers cars around
without a driver license which is against the
law.

I am a store manager at store 801 Pat Booker If you want honest professional repairs please come see us. We have an open shop policy where you as a customer can watch the repairs done on your vehicle.not only are you allowed to watch the repairs you are asked to stay 5-10 minutes,while we inspect your vehicle together. My only goal is to produce a safe vehicle,does not matter what money you spend,long as it leaves my shop as if MY family will be riding in your vehicle.
I have been in the auto repair business all my life,on both sides of the service dept. and Just Brakes is the only company I know of or have worked for that encourages customers to look at their vehicles once dissambled.and you as a customer will always be asked if you want your old parts back .So not all repair shops are horrible rip-offs like you portray. Some of us really do care about our customers
