Complaint Review: Just Brakes

If you sense that there is something wrong with the up-selling and what seems to be very deceiving practices at Just Brakes, don't stay there and do nothing; please follow your instincts and help other good citizens combat such commercial evil.

---HOW?--- Please report them to the Florida Attorney General, then you can also report them to the Florida Consumer Protection dept., and the last resort is your local BBB.

STOP AND THINK ABOUT IT - think twice and think hard...
--- What happened? --- The fact that Just Brakes employs aggressive and slick mechanic-sales people is not the main problem. Just Brakes constantly advertises its $99.88 four-wheel brake service, but they also consistently up-sell each customer to spend anywhere from $300 to $900+ (depending on how ignorant the customer is about brakes and the condition of the brakes); my first visit to the Just Brakes store, I saw a teen-age female (customer) who was going to pay them about $1,000 to rebuild her car's brake system. Be advised and DO NOT USE JUSTBRAKES and as their slogan says STOP AND THINK ABOUT IT.
