Complaint Review: just brakes store no. 89

I brought my car to just brakes because of the convenience of it being right down the street from my work. They even brought me to work while they were working on my car.

I received a call a couple hours after i dropped it off, seems the caliper was broken and the rotor needed replaced so my 98.00 special turned into 400.00. I was unable to spend 400.00 so i picked up my car without it being fixed. I had to wait a week before a friend of mine was able to check my car. When he did the bolts were loose on my wheels, so they obviously did that on purpose, and it was amazing the wheel didnt fall off. i was able to borrow my daughters car and didnt drive my car or it would have.

After my friend worked on the brakes, the caliper was not broken and the rotor was able to be turned, so just brakes lied to me. i am very disappointed that i was lied to and was almost taken advantage of and will never use them again.
