Complaint Review: Just fab

The site was made to be misread from the client, as this program called VIP member does not offer any advantage for the client and is just a scam.

I paid £35 what was reverted as a credit to use in the store, but now I can not use this "credit". This is the Just fab answer for this problem:

"you cannot use member credit for any special promotion or it cannot be combined with special promotion, member credits can only be used for VIP priced items £35 or more.."

When I continually ask to support@justfab.co.uk and try to understand why this, they start to answer me with blank emails.
