I cannot believe I am filing another one of these & so soon.  I did not know about this site until a week ago.  I am so tired of getting ripped off.  I ordered a pair of boots, Geri is the style name, around the end of January & received them quickly.  When the got the boots they were very cute not exactly high quality, but I tried one of them on and thought they were fine.

Three days ago, I got them out to wear them and took the paper out  of the other pair and then I stuck my hand back in there to see if I had gotten everything.  Right in the center of the shoe was a sharp nail sticking up at least 1/4 of an inch or more.  I could not believe it!  I sent them an email and this morning I got a response saying they were sorry that my  purchase did not work out.

 I called & told the girl what had happened & she acted shocked.  Then she said something like that is awful, we will send you a return label with free shipping.  All you have to do is take it to ups.  Would you like to replace that with another pair?  I said no, I just want someone to know this so when you get them back, no one would hurt themselves.  And she said I will make a note of that.  I said I want to cancel my subscription, she said something like we hate to here that, we have other things besides shoes.  I said no that's ok I want to cancel and she said I'll take care of that for you.  What the crap??!!  I am going to return the shoe, I am not out anything, but their attitude was strange.  I would like them to be informed of this, besides ok thank you.
