I took my daughter to Just Fitness 4 u and wanted to get her a 3month membership. Erika said if we got the 2 year membership it would cost us less per month and then she could cancel when ever she wanted for a $40 fee and 30 days notice. She went to cancel and was informed she signed a contract that can't be cancelled. The parent company refused to let us speak to anyone about it. I said it doesn't matter to you that your employee lied . She stated it doesn't matter what we tell you only what you signed in writing. She said Im marking you bad credit , charging you fines and hung up on us. DONT EVER JOIN THIS GYM. WHAT A RIP OFF. SO NOW INSTEAD OF OWING $420 WE OWE $673. THAT IS A LOT OF FINES. From what I have read this seems to be the way they run all their offices.
