Just Flowers Will lie to get your credit card information Internet
JustFlowers advertises a bouquet for $29.99. After they get your credit card information, the website informs the customer that to get the bouquet pictured they will have to pay an additional $10. Then they tell you there will be a $15 delivery fee. I declined but because I had already entered my information, a customer service specialist called me and asked why I did not complete my order. When I explained, she said they could send the pictured bouquet for $35 to include delivery.
I agreed and after she had my credit card information, she said she would give me $5 off the $15 delivery fee. I said no, so she offered $10 off, I told her that she agreed to deliver the pictured bouquet for $35 to include delivery before she had my credit card information. She agreed. When I received the receipt, I was charged for a $20 bouquet plus $22 for delivery. That was not what I agreed to. Additionally, the much smaller bouquet was delivered 2 days after the promised date. Their "customer service" is no longer available to me.
