just-hardware j-hardware Defective Computer Drives Sold on Ebay North Halendon, New Jersey
I purchased a Rock 500 GB external hard drive from this company on Ebay on Apr-28-2010. It did not work. It came with no manual. The company, Just Hardware was gave me no support. They offered a refund if I returned it, which I did. However after receiving it, they informed me and Ebay Customer support that I (1) failed to return the service cord, (2) removed the factory seal ( 3) broke and taped shut the case and destroyed the internal workings of the unit. All this is untrue, it was returend in its original box, in pristine condition. I know nothing about computers and would have had no reason to open this drive, I am a veterinarian, not a computer geek.
