Just Kids Store No refund for a cancelled item, never shipped anothey item, and charged me for it Northbrook Illinois
In 10 years I never had an experience like this in my life!
This company should be out of bussiness, they are rude!, dishonest, and they lie!
I purchased different items from them in the same transaction. One of the items, I changed my mind and cancelled the next day, they told me it was cancelled, however, I never got my money back! I've been calling and they keep telling me that the refund was already done when I keep calling my paypal and they never received any refund from this place.
I also ordered three more items from them, one shipped directly from the manufacture and the other one, this company shipped it almost two weeks ago from the date of purchase when they advertise same day shipping.
When I received the item, I opened the poly bag and noticed that one more item was still missing in my order.
I kept calling them, they told me it was shipped already and I should get it soon.
Yesterday, they told me that the item was shipped together with the one I just got! I said no! I only received one item not two. Now they are telling they shipped it together and there is nothing they can do... What!!!!
I opened a dispute through Paypal and a complaint through the BBB
They have no respect, no costumer service, no values, and they steal money from clients! Be Careful with JustKidsStore.com
