Just-Leather.com can't get my refund, won't respond to e-mails, and I have no jacket Freehold New Jersey
I purchased a "Dutchess Taylor" jacket for my wife for Christmas. Just-leather ended up shipping the wrong size and charged me for two jackets. They did credit my PayPal account but not until PayPal contacted them. I then returned the wrong size jacket and it took 2 weeks to get the right one (that inadvertantly was also too big). I sent it back asking for a refund. They confirmed receiving the return and promised the refund within 10 days. Two weeks passed and no refund. I contacted them again and they said they had to investigate. I was told that I would receive my refund within 20 days. Now it's been almost 2 months and no refund. I've sent them about 5-6 emails with no reply. I couldn't understand why they weren't working with me until I read all the complaints on this website. For the sake of time and energy I was just going to write this off but now I will take this to the limit to get my money back. People who conduct business in this manner don't deserve patronage from anyone. Just-Leather.com Just-sucks.

Try to do a charge back with your credit card firm, if you wait to long that it might not work. Also do the following to build some pressure on Just-Leather / Matthew Sherman and have him issue a refund. These sites will force him to do the right thing:
File a complaint and call the NJ Attorney General's Office at http://nj.gov/lps/
and call: 973-504-6200
File a complaint with the FBI at this address -- http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp
Then the Office of Consumer Protection at http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm
This should all help you get resoultion very fast.
