I ordered and payed with my credit card on April 24th, 2004 two leather jackets order#950 and #856 from Just-Leather.com I paid more than US$300 and received nothing.
I called them, I mailed them, nothing... no response. It seems as though there is not a single operator or customer service representative available for customers inquires.
If yoy check their webpage www.Just-Leather.Com you'll notice that to contact them you have to fill in a form, this is to distract you. They WILL NOT REPLY. They say they have a live chat service, this is a hoax. A few months ago they had a number, I called for several days in a row and there was only an answering machine.
I began to research on the internet and found out that I was not the only one. This is an internet company dedicated to steal from people. I'm so upset. The worst thing is that I received no refund or my product. This page is still operating stealing from other people.

Try to do a charge back with your credit card firm, you waited so long that it might not work. So the only thing you can do is the following to build some pressure on Just-Leather / Matthew Sherman and have him send you a check. 2 people have got bad checks and also tell the NJ Attorney General's Office about his bad checks (wich is a felony) so you don't get one. They will force him to do the right thing:
File a complaint and call the NJ Attorney General's Office at http://nj.gov/lps/
or call: 973-504-6200
File a complaint with the FBI at this address -- http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp
Then the Office of Consumer Protection at http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/ocp/ocpform.htm
This should all help you get resoultion very fast.
