Placed an order from Just-Leather.com on Dec.8!
Received an email stipulating the order was shipped and the delivery date was Dec.14!

I tried calling, emailing and tracking the number on Mon. Dec.13 and UPS had no record of that package ever being given to them! Tried to call, email and track the package on Dec.14 (day the email stated it would arrive) UPS still has no record of shipment and no reply from phone message or emails sent!

Dec.15, Called and left emails and UPS still has no record of the package being sent out! As of Dec. 15 at 13:00 hrs. est, I cancelled the order and called the credit card company which is filing an investigastion and recrediting my card! If the owner reads this I AM REFUSING ANY DELIVERY FROM YOU!!!!

This person is something else! He sends me an email 3 months after he screws up and wants me to give him the $7.00 + that he incured when he shipped out my order after it was cancelled by me! I am so wanting to here hrom his collection agency so I can forward all my documentation and start litigation with this half wit!

For you newcomers!
This is how it all started!
1-Placed order with Just Leather
2-Emailed and Phoned within 24hrs to cancell order!
3-Emailed and Phoned with no response!
4-Emailed and Phoned with no response!
5-Called Credit card to cancel transaction!
6-Order was placed on Dec.8 and finally shipped out 7 days later on Dec.15 wich is 5 days after calling and emailing him!
7-Order was refused and sent back!
8- He wants me to pay for his shipping on an item that he shipped out 5 days after the order was cancelled!
9- Contacted my lawyers and awaiting more from this idiot!

Jus put in Just Leather in the search engine at ripoffreport.com and read what a lowlife this is!!!!!

The Order was placed on Dec.8 and finally shipped out 7 days later on Dec.15 as both tracking infos show!It was not shipped out on the third business day as stated and emailed to me!

Dear Mr. Sherman,

As a frequent visitor of the Rip-Off report, and an outside observer to this particular report, I have followed the majority of the posts about Just-Leather with a little interest, and have been satisfied with just reading these reports without posting any comments.

However, something about your rebuttal above did not seem right, so I decided to do a little investigating on my own. You stated that the package was shipped on the 3rd business day (Decmebr 13th) after Edward placed the order. According to the tracking number print-out, that is incorrect. The only activity on the 13th was that the billing information was received by UPS. The package was not actually picked up until 6:46 P.M. on the 15th (see the fifth line from the bottom of the tracking report). This means that the package did not ship until 5 business days after the order was placed. Please explain the discrepancy.

I also tracked the number, and see that it was delivered back to you this morning. Looks like Edward felt he was ripped off and sent it back to you.

If you are truly an ethical business man, why are there so many reports here?

Some food for thought.

I finally received a call from the company on Dec.15 which is the day after I was to receive the package according to the email that they sent me.

The man was very nice on the phone but it seamed that he just wasn't hereing that the problem was not that they did not ship out the package fast enough but was that after they had sent an email with a tracking number and a stipulation that it would be delivered on Dec.14 they did not bother to respond to my many, many, many calls - emails - voice messages that where left after three days.

If on the first or second day I would have finally received a response and was told that they didn,t ship out the package yet (Like thier email stated on Dec.13),I would have said fine and then try and track the package the next day. Ask yourself a question: If you receive an email stating that your package had been shipped and they give you a tracking number that UPS has no record of in thier system for three
days and there is no response from them after three days of leaving phone messages and emails, WHAT WOULD YOU DO ?

I refused the package because after no replies I had order from a reputable company and got it delivered in 2 days!

Their bizz would go A LOT SMOTHER if they just returned a call or email in a timely manner!

Below is from UPS, this person ordered this on the 8th in the evening. It was shipped on the 13th which was the 3rd business day from when the order was placed. You can see below. As far as Edward is concerned we did do everything that was necessary including shipping in less than 3 days. Also as far as MINA is concerned, she has never ordered anything from this company and is being dealt with. We have contacted the local authorities and our attorney to issue a restraining order as well as a slander suit. The owner of this website which i have had a very nice conversation with is investigating these people who just chat back and forth. Thank you and we wish everyone a wonderful holiday. Like we have stated in previous messages if there is anyone with a issue now or from the past please call us....if you dont we could never try to take care of it.

i suggest you call the bbb in freehold nj, they know about MATTHEW RYAN SHERMAN scams, he has no money,he works with is wife from is basement and is shipping dep is in is garage, so don't wait and call your credit co now!
