Just-leather - WP-ILAYNA SERVICES - Sabrina Retail Services ripoff never refunded money said check in the mail Freehold New Jersey Internet Nationwide
I ordered and received a leather jacket from just-leather.com. It was the wrong jacket and so returned it following their explicit instructions with a return receipt from the U.S. Post Office.
After leaving repeated phone messages and email messages, five months later just-leather.com has still not refunded my money and have repeated lied to me. Three weeks ago they stated that they had cut a refund check and mailed it to me. I have not received anything. What will it take to shut this company down?

Persistance, threats, and using RIPOFFREPORT got our refund!

Finally we got our refund! Here is what we did:
(1) Left repeated phone messages
(2) Repeatedly emailed just-leather.com
(3) Published our story in RIPOFFREPORTS.COM
(4) Repeatedly forwarded the RIPOFFREPORT.COM report to just-leather.com
(5) Submitted complaint to the New Jersey Attorney General's office
(6) Threatened to set up different websites just about them.
After six months and repeated lies from the company that "the check was in the mail", they finally sent us a full refund and it has cleared the bank.
Please continue to file your complaints with the New Jersey Attorney General's office in the hope that they will finally shut down this deceiving individual.
If anyone feels they need to set up the web sites I mentioned above, I will gladly submit material to it.

Also call your credit card firm and tell them you want to do a chargeback......scam artist Matthew Sherman continues take college students, elderly, and ordinary peoples money without regard and no one is doing anything.
Everyone should start calling the NJ Attorney General's Office and refer them to this site by doing a search for Just-leather they will see the pain Matthew Sherman has caused:
